Job Title: Techno-Commercial Executive / Proposal & Estimation Executive

Department: Sales / Business Development

Industry: EPC / Engineering / Project-based Company

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Proposal & Documentation

Prepare pre-proposal documents including Scope of Supply, BOQ, technical details, and initial cost estimates.

Review client requirements received through leads/enquiries and prepare technical and commercial inputs.

Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and procurement teams for accurate proposal preparation.

2. Client Requirement Study & Site Visits

Travel to client sites after receiving an enquiry to:

Understand their technical requirements.

Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks.

Clarify scope gaps and identify risks/constraints.

Prepare detailed site visit reports for internal teams.

3. Coordination & Communication

Interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams to gather missing information and ensure proposal accuracy.

Attend technical discussions or clarification meetings as required.

4. Lead Support & Minor Business Development

Support the Sales/BD team by identifying potential opportunities during visits.

Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Generate minor leads through networking, calls, and follow-ups.

Assist in maintaining enquiry records and proposal status tracking.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of enquiries, proposals submitted, cost sheets, and revisions.

Prepare MIS reports related to proposal status and customer interactions.

6. Other Responsibilities

Support the Sales/Technical team in presentations, exhibitions, or product demonstrations.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

✅ Required Skills

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, scope understanding, and basic engineering concepts.

Ability to read drawings and conduct technical site surveys.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.

MS Excel, Word, and documentation proficiency.

✅ Experience

1–5 years preferred in EPC, engineering, mechanical, electrical, or project sales environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
