Job Title: Estimator (Female Preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Starting from AED 3,000 (based on experience and performance)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations, generating quotations, and handling various clerical and administrative tasks. Preference will be given to female candidates with relevant experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare cost estimates and quotations for projects and services

· Analyze project requirements and gather necessary data for accurate pricing

· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing and material details

· Maintain organized records of estimates, quotations, and related documentation

· Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation

· Support administrative and secretarial functions as needed

· Communicate effectively with internal departments and clients

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Fillipino female candidates are strongly preferred
