Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team, specializing in fit-outs, renovation, and technical services projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and supporting the project and operations teams from tender stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out, renovation, and technical services projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
• Conduct material take-offs and labor cost calculations
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Prepare tender submissions and variation pricing
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-outs, renovation, or technical services
• Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and interior fit-out works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• UAE experience is preferred

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience
