Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Estimator to prepare cost estimates for maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation projects. The role involves assessing existing structures, understanding scope requirements, and generating accurate cost breakdowns for repairs, upgrades, and minor construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review site conditions, inspection reports, and maintenance requirements to understand scope of work.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil maintenance and renovation works including concrete repair, masonry, waterproofing, tiling, plastering, painting, and etc..

• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings for renovation scopes. • Conduct site visits to assess repair needs and gather accurate data for estimation.

• Source vendor and subcontractor quotations and analyze price competitiveness. • Prepare and submit detailed cost breakdowns and technical proposals.

• Coordinate with project engineers and procurement to align estimates with execution requirements.

• Maintain historical cost data and track changes in labor, material, and equipment rates. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in civil estimation, specifically in maintenance and renovation works.

• Strong understanding of building systems, civil finishes, and repair techniques.

• Proficiency in estimation tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and maintenance scopes.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
