Estimator cum Draftsman (Civil Engineer)

We are looking for Estimator cum Draftsman (Civil Engineer) with strong knowledge in the Aluminum, Glass, and Façade industry in the UAE. The candidate must be skilled in estimation, BOQs, and AutoCAD drafting, with the ability to prepare shop drawings, material take-offs, and accurate quotations. He/She should have UAE experience,

• AutoCAD Proficiency: Use AutoCAD or similar drafting software to create, modify, and update designs and drawings
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for aluminum and glass works (doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, partitions, etc.)
• Review and understand approved drawings, specifications, and method statements for aluminum and glass works
• Analyze architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure material and labor costing.
• Monitor market prices and ensure estimates reflect current material
• Research market prices for materials and subcontractor services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aluminum and glass estimation in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and AutoCAD.
• Engineering degree (Civil preferred).
