Estimator cum Draftsman/Designer

Job Title: Façade Estimator (3+ Years Experience)
Location: Sharjah Industrial Area-06
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: AED 3,000-5000 (Based on experience)

Overview:
We are hiring a Façade Estimator with at least 3 years of experience in curtain walling, cladding, or glazing systems. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for façade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings/specs and prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes
• Identify risks and value engineering opportunities
• Support bid submissions and client meetings

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in façade estimating
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using estimating software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Orgadata LogiKal highly preferred
• Fresher or applicant with experience in home country are welcome.
