Estimator / Engineer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, for 9 to 12 years experience with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.

Must Have UAE Experience in relevant position

Duties
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create detailed estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
- Conduct on-site visits to assess construction requirements and potential challenges
- Develop comprehensive proposals and negotiate pricing with vendors and clients
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control efforts throughout the construction process

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
- Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in industry-specific software like Bluebeam and Heavy Bid
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and project lifecycle
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
