Estimator (Experience in Aluminum & Glass Windows/ Curtain walls Industry)

Job Description:

As Façade solutions providing company, we are actively seeking for Estimator who will be responsible for overseeing all estimating activities for our projects.

This includes preparing and reviewing cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, and providing accurate and timely estimates (windows, curtain walls, doors etc. for commercial & domestic use) to support project decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from project drawings and specifications to determine the materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyze past bid data and successful project examples to develop pricing strategies for new jobs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure pricing aligns with company goals and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing data and bid details for reference and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing benchmarks to continuously improve pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
• Provide support and assistance to sales representatives in presenting pricing information to clients as needed.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of pricing models and methodologies.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil or Architectural) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques. Proven experience in the design and proposal within the Aluminum & Glass Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Auto CAD is advantageous.
• Numeracy and good English skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, construction or double glazing industry is preferred.
• A practical nature, able to understand technical manuals and specifications.
• Hard working and ambitious individual keen to develop themselves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
