Job Title: Estimator – Façade and Aluminum

Location: Al Quoz UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and aluminum projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Project Analysis: Conduct thorough project evaluations, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements, to determine project feasibility and profitability.
• Tender Preparation: Prepare tender documents, proposals, and bids, ensuring all estimates are competitive and aligned with project requirements and company standards.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project execution and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure they align with the estimated budget, making necessary adjustments and reporting any deviations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, quotations, and project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market prices, and advancements in façade and aluminum technologies to ensure estimates are competitive and current.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, address inquiries, and present cost estimates and proposals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 03-10 years of experience in estimating for façade and aluminum projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in estimating or project management are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
