Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process to ensure competitive and profitable bids. The role requires strong market knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and suppliers in Riyadh, along with proven GCC experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for fit-out works.
• Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct market analysis on material, labor, and subcontractor costs specific to Riyadh.
• Assess project risks, recommend value engineering solutions, and propose cost-saving alternatives.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and variation orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure estimates align with execution strategies.
• Monitor and track project costs during execution to ensure alignment with original estimates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in fit-out estimation (Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and local supplier base in Riyadh.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Planswift, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
