Techincal Office Engineer (QS / Draftsman)

Work location: Riyadh

A Detailed Oriented individual well versed with designing tools and dedicated towards achieving the deadlines.

Responsibilities

· Taking off quantities for tendering/sub-contractors.

To get thorough understanding of client’s requirement before drafting the (ARCH & MEP) shop drawing/as-built drawing.

Developing drafts based on guidelines provided by Client’s drawings, Company’s, and vendor specifications.

Communicating with relevant department heads to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free.

Working directly with the technical management to develop drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, … etc.

To ensure designs are delivered within the deadline assigned by the Line Manager.

To keep an eye out for new technologies and tricks which can help enhancing the quality of the design work.

Performs other related duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

· Diploma as a QS & Draftsman or experience for a minimum of 5+ years

· Experience in computer drafting (CAD).

· Ability to read & interpret drawings.

· 2 years & more on technical office experience

· Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

· Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
