Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Estimator with strong experience in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pricing, cost estimation, and tendering for commercial, residential, and retail fit-out works within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for cost control and budget monitoring.
• Maintain a database of suppliers, materials, and subcontractors.
• Assist management with value engineering and cost optimization strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation for interior fit-out companies.
• UAE experience is mandatory (knowledge of the Dubai market preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
