Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are growing Joinery / Interior fitout / Metal company based in Dubai DIP, seeking for Joinery / interior fitout / Metal estimator.

Minimum of 2 years of estimation experience in a joinery manufacturing is A must

A Joinery Estimator prepares accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and material requirements, coordinating with design and production teams, sourcing supplier quotations, and submitting tenders on time. The role requires strong technical knowledge of joinery materials and production processes, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project scope and client expectations

Required Skills and Knowledge

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, finishes, and relevant industry standards.

Drawing Interpretation:

Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings, including BOQs.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good computer skills for data management and analysis.

Communication Skills:

Excellent liaison and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Organizational Skills:

High level of attention to detail, meticulous organization, and ability to work under pressure.

Graduation: Any related fielded

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of estimation experience in a joinery manufacturing is A must
