Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

We are seeking a skilled Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate will support cost estimation, BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing for commercial and residential projects. Preference will be given to candidates who have Draughtsman experience along with Estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for fit-out and joinery works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain material prices and finalize costing.
• Support project team with cost tracking, variations, and quantity verification on site.
• Work closely with technical and design teams for drawing interpretation and project feasibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and/or joinery estimation.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Preference for Draughtsman cum Estimator candidates.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools.
• Good understanding of materials, market pricing, and UAE-specific industry standards.
