Responsibilities

• Well versed and good knowledge of Gypsum & painting work.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Assist in progress measurement, valuations, and interim payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Maintain records of site measurements, variations, and contractual correspondence.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in your home country and fresher in UAE
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and variation claims.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous work experience in quantity surveying will be an added advantage.
