RESPONSIBILITIES OF ESTIMATOR /QUANTITY SURVEY

Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for interior projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets
• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams
• Ensure cost control and compliance with UAE market rates and standards

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN UAE INTERIOR COMPANY ONLY (3 TO 4) YEARS
