Estimator & Quantity Surveyor (QS)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to support our operations in Doha. The role is responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tender submissions, and supporting project cost control and billing processes to ensure efficient financial delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for tenders and projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Support budgeting, cost control, and variation order management
• Prepare interim invoices and ensure timely billing and documentation
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (AX or similar)
• Assist in project documentation, submittals, and site verification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation and QS (construction/metal fabrication preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and variation management
• Experience in ERP systems for billing and cost tracking
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
