Estimator required in Interior Fitout Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a realistic and competitive estimate of the cost of labor and material required for handling the project, in order to enable the management to evaluate the economic viability and decide upon the participation in the tender.

- Compile all tender bids, ensure it is complete in all aspects of pricing, submission and check all estimating and tendering aspects relevant to the project implementation in the region.

-Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.

- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years experience with hands-on involvement in commercial & quantity surveying practices on interior fit out projects.

- Experience on estimating and tendering process, site measurement, costing, budgeting and general contract administration.

- Knowledge and experience in the use of various Forms of Contract, particularly FIDIC, and exposure to constructions Contract Law claims procedures.
