Etsy Marketplace Executive

IBSTEC is looking for a results-driven Etsy Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our Etsy store operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Etsy account management, product listing optimization, and marketplace growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Etsy store
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, tags, SEO-focused descriptions)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Monitor store analytics, sales performance, and conversion rates
• Handle customer inquiries professionally in English
• Process orders, returns, and resolve customer issues
• Ensure compliance with Etsy marketplace policies
• Develop strategies to increase traffic and sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing Etsy marketplace accounts
• Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and ranking algorithms
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with product research tools and analytics
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
