Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Etsy Specialist to manage and optimize our Etsy shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing sales, managing listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You must have a proven track record of managing successful Etsy stores and be knowledgeable about Etsy algorithms, SEO, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Etsy store.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings with compelling descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images.
• Conduct keyword research and implement Etsy SEO strategies to boost search rankings.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and customer feedback to improve performance.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and coupon strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Handle customer queries, messages, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with Etsy policy changes, trends, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with designers and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely listings.
• Recommend improvements for store layout, branding, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a successful Etsy store or similar e-commerce platform.
• Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product mockups and visuals.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and metrics.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Etsy Ads, off-site marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with Print-on-Demand or handmade product categories.
• Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Handmade, etc.) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
