Europe Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary
The Europe Recruitment Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for European countries, including sourcing, CV shortlisting, candidate coordination, and placement. This role ensures smooth communication between candidates, clients, and the internal recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist CVs as per European client requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with European clients regarding recruitment needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for overseas hiring.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles in Europe.
  • Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in overseas recruitment (Europe hiring preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of international recruitment processes and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
