Job Title: HR Recruiter

Pravaayu Speciality Clinic is a leading Ayurveda center focused on providing holistic healthcare solutions. We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team, who can drive partnerships and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities to bring in more walk-ins and expand our network.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Understand hiring requirements from various departments and create effective job descriptions.

2.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases.

3.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.

4.Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.

5.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

6.Handle offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and documentation.

7.Maintain good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

8.Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies.

9.Proven experience in recruitment or HR internships (preferred).

10.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

11.Familiarity with hiring tools, job portals, and databases.

12.Strong organizational and time-management skills.

13.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
