HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of non-IT positions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate applicants’ relevant experience, and assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–5 years) as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
