Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive European Experienced Admin Officer to join a leading multinational trading company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient information management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate communication between departments and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient working environment.
- Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of administrative best practices.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local UAE or Freezone company formation would be a big plus.
- Should be conversant in any European language
