Responsible for supporting EVA Project Management activities including scope review, resource allocation against signed scope coordination of specific project meetings, management of controlled documents and documentation of training requirements, as per the appropriate SOPs. Manages all core project documents, tracks budget performance and maintains all necessary files. Provide any additional administrative support as required. Collaborate on internal projects and process improvement initiatives, as assigned.

Experience: > 3 years relevant work experience and exposure to a variety of project types, preferably a Life Science position. Experience in consulting or CRO environment preferred.

  • Sound financial management skills and Project Management Principals and Methods

  • Proficiency in English, orally and written. Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to facilitate global collaboration (North America, Europe)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective teams, motivate others, communicate and delegate effectively.

  • Good computer application skills (MS Office Suite, project management tools)

  • Exhibits structured approach to problem-solving, well organized and systematic

  • Ability to multi-task effectively on several projects and maintain appropriate attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a highly complex program of studies, rescue environment, and successfully deliver on their assigned studies

InternalResponsibilitiesStr
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, as assigned, to fulfill identified project requirements.

  • Initiate internal kick-off meeting, ensure the appropriate materials are prepared and minutes are taking and filed. Confirm appropriate handovers are completed from the Commercial team and Commercial Business Operations. Ensure the budgeted resources are assigned appropriately for the duration of the project, using the tools available

  • Support the Project Leaders in monthly budget reconciliations against revenue forecasts and actual work completed and adjust resource assignment forecasts as needed.

  • Support Project Leaders to ensure out-of-scope activities are identified, quantified, and agreed with the sponsor ahead of implementation. Collaborate with the PLs and Commercial to ensure the CO is tracked to completion in the appropriate tools/ systems

  • Support Project Leaders with monthly invoicing in collaboration with Cytel Financial Analyst

  • Support the Project Leader to ensure all relevant project documentation is initiated, up to date and follows SOP and other relevant regulations, to support the project oversight, execution and delivery of services

  • Manage internal PMO related projects and process improvements with leadership team, as assigned.

  • Partner with EVA service line head/ VP and other leaders to monitor and maintain staff resourcing against signed scope or agreed out-of-scope (in established tools), flag under-or over assignment of staff members to EVA Leadership Team.
