Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces after construction or renovation projects, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Handle detailed sanitation tasks such as disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health standards are met.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage to property.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Experience with various cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial supplies.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
