Event & Activation Intern

About the Role

ISPH is seeking an energetic Event & Activation Intern to support exhibitions, brand events, pop-ups, press activities, and cultural programs in Dubai. This internship provides hands-on experience in event coordination, activation, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, logistics, coordination, and supplier support.
• Support registration, guest handling, media reception, and VIP care.
• Prepare event materials, including badges, signage, brochures, and checklists.
• Assist with on-site photo and video documentation.
• Manage event inventory and marketing assets.
• Collect data and prepare post-event reports for internal review.

Requirements

• Strong interest in events, exhibitions, PR, and branding.
• Digital skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, online collaboration tools, and basic knowledge of photo/video tools.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Able to work during key event times, including evenings and weekends.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
