JOB PURPOSE :

Product Content Associate Intern is responsible for creating and maintaining ecommerce product content, always ensuring accuracy and continuous updates.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regularly update and add product status, along with relevant product information such as product photos, pages, and category pages, based on recommendations from the product management team. Ensure that the data is comprehensive and accurate.

  • Communicate documentation provided by vendors and the product management team to enhance and correctly upload product databases. Manually rename, describe, and prepare external product information.
  • Develop performance assessment tools to evaluate and report on the progress of product launch initiatives effectively.
  • Improve and optimize the utilization of the product management system, ensuring regular maintenance, updates, and accurate, timely posting of data.
  • Improve the structure of the online catalog and product hierarchy to drive business results and identify opportunities for enhancement.
