Position Overview:

The Event Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing sponsorship relationships to support EduSkills’ flagship events and initiatives. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, designing sponsorship proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sponsors receive maximum value and visibility before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sponsorship Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with event objectives and organizational vision.
  • Identify and map potential sponsors across corporate, government, and academic sectors.
  • Create customized sponsorship packages and partnership decks highlighting value propositions.

2. Sponsor Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Proactively reach out to potential sponsors and partners through calls, meetings, and networking events.
  • Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers and corporate partners.
  • Manage all sponsorship communications, ensuring timely updates, deliverables, and acknowledgments.

3. Event Execution & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to deliver on sponsorship commitments (branding, speaking slots, visibility, etc.).
  • Coordinate sponsor participation during event setup, execution, and post-event activities.
  • Ensure all sponsor-related branding materials and benefits are executed flawlessly.

4. Reporting & Post-Event Engagement

  • Maintain sponsorship databases, proposals, and documentation.
  • Prepare sponsorship reports and ROI summaries post-event.
  • Explore opportunities for annual or recurring sponsorship agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in sponsorship management, corporate partnerships, or business development (preferably in events, media, or education sector).
  • Proven record of closing sponsorship deals and managing key accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management ability.
  • Strategic thinker with creative approach to partnership development.
  • High energy, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
