Event Co-ordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events including meetings, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotions
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
  • Prepare event schedules, checklists, and budgets
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment, materials, and staffing
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly and professionally
  • Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot any issues during events
  • Prepare post-event reports and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
  • Good working knowledge of Canva for designing event materials, presentations, and promotional content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
