About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Event Coordinator to support high-impact executive training programs and workshops. This role is hands-on, focusing on smooth on-site operations—from welcoming participants and managing session flow to ensuring certificates are delivered on time. If you’ve coordinated corporate workshops, training sessions, or large-scale events, this is your chance to shine.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and professional communication in English & Arabic (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training coordination, event management, hospitality, or logistics.
• Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun, depending on schedule).
• Passion for creating seamless learning experiences.
