Forsall Fest Trading & Events LLC is looking for a motivated Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Muscat. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, teamwork, and delivering memorable customer experiences through events, promotions, and retail activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage event schedules, logistics, and on-site operations
• Support marketing campaigns and brand promotional activities
• Ensure events run smoothly and meet quality standards
• Track event performance and prepare basic reports
• Handle last-minute adjustments and problem-solving during events
• Assist in setup and breakdown of event materials when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when events are scheduled
