SUMMARY OF ROLE
The role leads the strategic direction, governance, and execution of the Bank’s Events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio, positioning ahlibank as a leading socially responsible financial institution aligned with business growth and brand leadership. It owns the end-to-end planning, integration, and performance management of events and CSR initiatives, ensuring measurable brand impact, stakeholder value, and commercial alignment. The role also acts as a strategic advisor to senior management, driving high-impact initiatives, strengthening institutional partnerships, and embedding CSR and events as key enablers of reputation, customer engagement, and market differentiation.

Budget and Resource Management:
· Planning the budgeting process for events and CSR projects, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
· Track expenses, negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions, and report on budget performance for each initiative.
· Collaborate with the Social Media and Communication team to promote events and CSR activities across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, and social media.
· Ensure all communication materials related to events and CSR initiatives are accurate, engaging, and align with the bank’s brand standards.
· Utilize data analytics to assess communication effectiveness and refine strategies for greater audience engagement
