We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end logistics of our company’s participation in industry conferences and events. This role is pivotal in ensuring our brand is represented seamlessly and effectively at key industry gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all logistical aspects of conference participation, including booth setup, shipping coordination, and on-site operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with conference organizers, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely fulfillment of all requirements and deliverables.
- Lead the development and execution of booth displays, branded collateral, and promotional merchandise.
- Manage event registration processes, booth contracts, and ensure adherence to conference guidelines and compliance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align event strategy with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and scheduling for staff attending conferences.
- Maintain and organize inventory of event materials, ensuring systems are in place for efficient reuse and replenishment.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and address any logistical issues in real time.
- Collect, analyze, and report post-event metrics, including lead generation, attendee engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
