About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Event & Exhibition Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events and exhibition projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the process from concept to completion, ensuring creative design, smooth production, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage all aspects of events and exhibitions, including design, production, and logistics.

* Coordinate with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure project success.

* Responsible for bringing in new sales and preparing accurate cost estimations and quotations.

* Supervise on-site setup, installation, and dismantling to ensure quality and safety standards.

* Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

* 7-8 years of experience in event or exhibition management.

* Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
