Position: Event & International Exhibitions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.

-Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in major international trade shows and exhibitions such as GITEX, HMS, and similar global industry events—including end-to-end logistics, booth design, vendor coordination, and promotional strategies.

-Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics) and external partners to align event goals and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

-Oversee all aspects of exhibition setup, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluation to optimize future participation and ROI.

-Monitor industry trends and identify relevant events to enhance brand visibility and support business development objectives.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience participating in or organizing international exhibitions such as HMS, GITEX, or equivalent B2B events.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to represent the company professionally to diverse international audiences.

-Highly self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines independently.

-Practical decision-making ability, with sound judgment and a hands-on approach to resolving challenges.

-Strong interest in international business development, vendor management, and expanding market presence through exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
