Events Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Location: Central Office, PECHS Block 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute events to ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Manage event logistics including venue setup, branding, catering, and technical support.
  • Oversee budgeting and ensure cost-effective event execution.
  • Develop event reports, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand visibility and alignment of events with institutional goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in event planning/execution (education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
