Executive Assistant – Events & E-Commerce

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant - Events & E-Commerce to support us in managing an event company and an e-commerce store that operates as our sister company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple responsibilities, and has strong communication and organizational skills. You will be actively involved in vendor coordination, event planning, client communication, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Management:

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist in creating organizational plans and timelines for upcoming events.
  • Manage event logistics, bookings, and on-site coordination.
  • Handle communication with event clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Engage with attendees and potential clients on social media, responding to messages and comments.

E-Commerce Support:

  • Help manage the e-commerce website, ensuring listings, pricing, and product information are updated.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, inventory, and deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests efficiently.
  • Maintain budget tracking and ensure all expenses align with financial planning.

Social Media & Client Communication:

  • Assist in creating content calendars and posting on social media platforms.
  • Respond to client inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track social media engagement and suggest improvements for brand visibility.
  • Work with designers and content creators to ensure a strong online presence.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in event management or e-commerce.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Event Planning, or E-Commerce Management will be an added advantage.

Working Environment

  • Location: Karachi – Hybrid role.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required around events).
  • Travel Requirement: Within Karachi for events and vendor visits, with occasional domestic travel across Pakistan as needed.
