Position Overview

Carpe Diem seeks a Virtual Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of digital events such as webinars, masterclasses, and online activations. This role involves managing event logistics, setting up platforms, running promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless attendee experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing events from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute online events including webinars and masterclasses.
• Set up Zoom links, registration systems, and integrate with event tools.
• Create and manage Facebook event pages, and run targeted ad campaigns to maximize attendance.
• Oversee event logistics such as digital banners, creative assets, and supporting materials.
• Manage communication with attendees including outreach, confirmations, and reminders.
• Develop post-event reporting structures to measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with broader marketing initiatives.
• Operate as a self-contained resource, taking ownership of end-to-end event management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing digital/virtual events.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom and other event-hosting tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
