The Role
We are seeking a polished, execution-driven
Event Manager
to design and deliver high-touch, outcomes-oriented events that reflect our luxury standards and convert into measurable commercial value for clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Concept
-
Translate business goals into event concepts, formats, run-of-show, and guest journeys for Signature experiences
Program & Content
-
Curate agendas, speaker briefs, and moderator packs; manage protocol and VIP flows
Guest Curation & CRM
-
Construct invitation lists; manage RSVP funnels, waitlists, and confirmations.

Coordinate concierge needs.
Vendor & Venue Management
-
Source and negotiate venues, F&B, production, décor, entertainment, photography/videography, gifting.
Sponsorship & Partnerships
-
Support packaging, pricing, and delivery of partner benefits; ensure placements, branding, and KPI reporting are met.
Budget & Operations
-
Own P&L per event: forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and reconciliation; maintain margin targets.

Build timelines and critical paths; lead cross-functional stand-ups and stakeholder updates.
On-Site Leadership

Showcall/live ops lead; manage crew, stage management, green rooms, VIP protocol, timekeeping, and issue resolution.
Post-Event & Reporting

Deliver executive debrief with KPIs/NPS, qualified meetings, pipeline value, media assets, and recommendations.
Qualifications
-
5–8+ years in high-end corporate/luxury events, investor relations forums, or UHNW hospitality; GCC experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record managing C-suite/VIP events (50–200 pax) with complex stakeholder maps.

Contracting & vendor management expertise; strong budgeting and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with GCC cultural norms, protocol

Exceptional project management and client-facing communication.

Strong copy and deck skills (briefs, run-of-show, invites, sponsor packs).

Proficiency with event/CRM & PM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Apollo, Asana/Notion, Excel/Sheets), and A/V fundamentals.

Discretion, confidentiality, and crisis-management composure.
Language & Culture

Fluent English required; Arabic a strong plus.
Additional languages a bonus.
