Lunate is a partner-led, independent global alternative investment manager headquartered in Abu Dhabi. With over $110 billion in assets under management, Lunate invests across private and public markets, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, real assets, public equities, and public credit. The firm is committed to delivering customized investment solutions through separate managed accounts, co-investments, direct investments, and thematic strategies.

Role Overview

Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of high‑impact client events, investor roadshows, and corporate events that advance Lunate’s commercial objectives, strengthen client relationships, and reflect the brand’s standards of precision and excellence.

Key Accountabilities

1) Event Strategy & Planning

  • Translate commercial priorities (fundraising cycles, product launches, portfolio milestones) into an annualized events plan with clear objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Develop formats across roundtables, summits, conferences, dinners, investor days, roadshows (multi‑city), and virtual/hybrid programs.
  • Build narratives and agendas with Investor Engagement, Product, and Leadership; secure internal/external speakers and moderators.

2) Execution Excellence (End‑to‑End)

  • Own timelines, run-of-show, venue selection, contracts, travel logistics, branding, stage production, AV, and guest experience.
  • Orchestrate complex roadshow itineraries (1:1 schedules, meeting blocks, executive movements) across EMEA, North America, and Asia.
  • Ensure on‑brand materials and messaging across invitations, microsites, signage, collateral, and digital touchpoints—consistent with Lunate’s brand guidelines.

3) Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Lead cross‑functional working groups (Investor Engagement, Client Solutions, Product, Communications/PR, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Facilities).
  • Select and manage agencies and vendors (production houses, caterers, AV, registration, design), negotiating rates and service levels; implement SLAs.

4) Audience Development & CRM

  • Partner with Client Solutions and IR to define invite lists, segmentation, and outreach strategy; manage RSVP and waitlist logic.
  • Maintain accurate attendee data and post‑event notes in CRM; support follow‑ups, pipeline hygiene, and revenue attribution.

5) Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Set event KPIs (attendance quality, meeting density, cost per engaged attendee, NPS, qualified follow‑ups, pipeline conversion).
  • Produce post‑event debriefs and ROI dashboards; codify best practices into playbooks for repeatable excellence.

6) Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Enforce MNPI handling, approvals, and content controls; coordinate with Compliance on speaker materials and client communications.
  • Ensure HSE, data privacy, and accessibility standards; manage risk registers and contingency planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in financial‑services or institutional events; proven delivery of multi‑city roadshows and senior‑level client programs.
  • Track record leading premium events with C‑suite stakeholders and UHNW/family office/SWF audiences.
  • Proficiency with enterprise event/registration platforms, CRM, and productivity tools; strong budget ownership.
  • Regional experience across GCC/MENA; global exposure preferred. Arabic and English working proficiency advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree; relevant certifications (project/event management) a plus.
