Event Marketing Assistant

An Event Marketing Assistant supports the planning, execution, and promotion of marketing events to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. They assist in researching event opportunities, coordinating logistics like venue setup and vendor contracts, and managing promotional materials such as flyers, social media content, and email campaigns. Assistants also handle on-site tasks including customer interactions, distributing materials, and gathering post-event data for ROI evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to develop event strategies and timelines.
• Managing attendee communications, ticketing systems, and staffing needs.
• Tracking budgets, expenses, and event metrics for reporting.
• Supporting pre-event setup, during-event operations, and post-event evaluations.
• Building relationships with clients, vendors, and participants.
