Job Title: Performance Marketing Assistant
Description:
The Performance Marketing Assistant will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving measurable results, improving campaign performance, and ensuring strong ROI across paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
- Support in analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, content, and landing page requirements.
- Assist in A/B testing of ad copies, visuals, audiences, and landing pages.
- Help manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spending.
- Research competitors, industry benchmarks, and new marketing tools.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, performance reports, and asset libraries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- A proactive learner with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
