About the Role
We are seeking an
Event Specialist
to join our global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven marketer to help shape the way Edge engages audiences across digital, in-person, and experiential channels.
As an Event Specialist, you will work closely with the
Senior Field Marketing Manager
to execute world-class webinars, conferences, and gifting programs that strengthen Edge’s brand, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable business results. You’ll combine operational excellence with creative storytelling to craft “magical” experiences that elevate the Edge brand and drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Event and Webinar Operations

Plan and execute webinars, digital experiences, and in-person events from concept to completion—including logistics, coordination, and post-event analysis.

Support Edge’s participation in 3rd-party conferences and trade shows, ensuring a strong, unified brand presence and measurable lead generation outcomes.

Manage event platforms, registration systems, and vendor relationships for seamless delivery.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure events align with strategic business goals.
Measurement and ROI Reporting

Track and analyze event performance metrics such as registrations, engagement, and marketing-sourced pipeline impact.

Maintain dashboards and provide regular reporting that enables data-driven event and budget decisions.

Partner with the Senior Field Marketing Manager to optimize performance and maximize event ROI.
Experiential Marketing and Gifting

Assist in the planning and execution of branded gifting and swag programs tied to campaigns and events.

Manage sourcing, fulfillment, and tracking of gifting initiatives to ensure alignment with brand and audience goals.

Evaluate program success through data, feedback, and impact analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

Communicate effectively across time zones and departments, maintaining visibility and accountability for timelines and deliverables.

Support documentation and process improvements for event scalability and consistency.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience
in marketing, event management, or event operations (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).

Demonstrated success executing
webinars, virtual events, and conferences
with measurable business outcomes.

Strong proficiency with
event management tools
(e.g., Zoom Events, Cvent, Splash, HubSpot, or similar).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret event data and provide actionable insights.

Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones.

Creative and proactive, with strong attention to detail and an eye for quality brand experiences.
