We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Event & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate and support company events from planning through execution, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation
  • Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and supply inventory to ensure an organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person with courteous phone etiquette and prompt responses
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
  • Support personal assistant tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required
  • Strong typing skills along with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document organization
