We’re Hiring: Event Organizer

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized Event Organizer to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and managing a wide range of events, including kids’ parties, summer camps, hotel activations, and more. You will oversee the full event lifecycle—from concept to execution—while ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and coordinate event opportunities (kids parties, camps, hotel collaborations, etc.)
• Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
• Manage event calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate production requirements and logistics
• Supervise and control event manpower and staffing
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience in events, activations, or kids-related activities is a plus
• Experience in the Qatar market is a strong advantage (knowledge of local venues, suppliers, regulations, and client preferences)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
