Job Description
The Creative Event Coordinator & Gifts Specialist will play a key role in client communication, event coordination, gifts creation, packaging concepts, social media support, and sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who is artistic, trend-aware, client-focused, and confident in presenting ideas and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support event styling and décor setup for corporate and private events
- Create creative ideas and concepts for gifts, giveaways, packaging, and event themes
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable creative solutions
- Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person meetings
- Assist in sales and marketing activities across different communication channels
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with designers and team members to execute projects successfully
- Support social media activities including content ideas, captions, trends, and posting coordination
- Assist with website data entry and product uploads when required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficiently
- Contribute creative ideas that align with modern trends, aesthetics, and luxury presentation standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for beauty, aesthetics, trendy designs, and artistic details
- Passion for arts, crafts, gifting, packaging, and event styling
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and website data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Reliable, responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
- Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, gifting, luxury packaging, or social media coordination
- Knowledge of creative packaging and customized giveaways
- Experience dealing with corporate and VIP clients
- Ability to create trendy and innovative event or gifting concepts
- Sales experience through phone calls, social media, and client meetings
- Graphic design skills are a strong plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred
- Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok, or basic design tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively under pressure
- Energetic personality with confidence in presenting ideas and convincing clients
