Event Planner

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Event Planner, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience in corporate, social, or large-scale events.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Negotiation and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of event management software/tools is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Ability to manage vendors, clients, and teams effectively.
  • Strong presentation and client-relations skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in events, hospitality, and entertainment.
