Bin Al Sheikh Holding is seeking a talented Event Planner to join our project THE VILLAGE in Muscat, Oman.In this role, you will oversee event planning, coordination, and execution while working closely with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver memorable and engaging experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute creatively and operationally within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.

Develop event timelines, budgets, and operational plans.

Ensure high-quality event execution aligned with project vision and standards.

Support marketing and promotional activities related to events.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in event planning and coordination.

Good understanding of the events landscape in the Sultanate of Oman.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.

Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset.Location:
