Job Vacancy: Professional Events Coordinator – Oman
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Coordinator to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning, organizing, and executing events with a high level of professionalism and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
· Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
· Ensure smooth on-site event operations
· Prepare reports, proposals, and event documentation
· Collaborate with internal teams to meet event objectives
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Events Coordinator (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Knowledge of the events industry in Oman is a strong advantage
